The course is designed to provide guidance to managers and supervisors on early intervention strategies relating to managing and interacting with the staff they supervise. The course will touch briefly on the University's formal Policy and Procedure but in the main will explore methods for interaction and provide participants with some guidance on how to conduct difficult conversations with the staff they supervise.
