Like good physical health, positive mental health is important for our overall wellbeing and enables us to be our best and thrive across all aspects of our lives. Take some time out to learn about mental health, along with how you can promote it and bounce back from life's challenges.
This course will enable participants to:
• Be introduced to mental health and its contribution to overall wellbeing,
• Learn about the benefits of positive mental health and ways to promote it,
• Learn a range of strategies to bounce back and cope with life challenges and stressors
• Learn about the resources and services available through the University of Queensland to help promote and enhance mental health and wellbeing.
