This session will provide participants with some strategies and insight into how to build personal resiliency in dealing with workplace challenges. Participants will also be provided with mindful based practices that help individuals grow and flourish through life challenges. This session is designed to be practical and will provide participants with some direction for action they may take to further develop and grow their personal level of resiliency.

This course runs over 2 non-consecutive days for 2 hours each day.

18 August 2020 - 10am to 12pm running via Zoom & 25 August 2020 - 10am to 12pm running via Zoom.  Participants will be emailed the Zoom link prior to course commencement.

This course will enable participants to:

1. Develop greater level of self-awareness and self-insight in managing their way through
    challenging situations in the workplace
2. Provide participants with some practical strategies in building personal resiliency when
    confronted with workplace change
3. Develop skills in mindful based practices that support effective workplace behaviours
    and outcomes
4. Develop strategies for supporting colleagues and/or staff to navigate through
    workplace challenges.
