This course is specifically for dealing with 'stuck' applicants in constituent staging - relates to Online Applications. Staff will not receive the related SI-net role without support of their Faculty Administration Manager or deputy.
This course will enable participants to:
1. Navigate to the staging area in SI-net;
2. Retrieve your stuck applications;
3. Perform a manual search match to resolve stuck applications;
4. Run the Search/Match/Post process.
