This includes: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; staff with disability or additional abilities; staff requiring flexible working arrangements; staff with caring responsibilities; staff who identify as LGBTIAQ+; staff from culturally or linguistically diverse backgrounds; and/or people working in non-traditional occupations.
This course will enable participants to:
1. Manage a diverse team with sensitivity and enhanced knowledge.
2. Build an inclusive work environment
3. Have an understanding on how diversity and inclusion can impact a team
4. Identify sources of additional information/assistance when managing a diverse team.
