A course to develop skills of managers who are involved in any kind of workplace investigation or fact finding exercise.
The course objectives are to discuss legislative and policy framework related to investigations and concepts such as finding evidence, conducting interviews, report writing and identification and management of systemic issues.
This course will enable participants to:
1. Understand the theory behind conducting investigations or making inquiries
2. Understand the legislative framework for conducting investigations or making inquiries
3. Conduct interviews
4. Find and use evidence to establish facts
5. Write reports for appropriate audiences.
