This course is designed for managers that may not be in a finance role but are required to have an understanding of a unit's financial results.
This course is similar to the Introduction to the Management Reporting Framework Intro - New Users course but is more broadly focused. Users are not required to attend both courses but should determine by the Course Objectives which course is most appropriate to their role.
This course will enable participants to:
1. Understand what the MRF is
2. Know which MRF report to use and when
3. Understand the components of the MRF (Actuals, Budget and Forecast, Chart of Accounts)
4. Understand which variances need further investigation.
This course is delivered predominantly in presentation style with limited hands on activities.
To gain maximum benefit it is recommended users attend the Business Objects Fundamentals Course prior to attendance at this course.
