This course will introduce participants to basic video filming skills using a phone/tablet and go through the basic functionality of the video editing software, Adobe Premiere. Participants will develop an understanding of the different ways video can be used in teaching and learning through the production of educational videos.
Workshop Requirement: Prior to the workshop, you will need to submit an IT request to gain access to Adobe Premiere Pro 2020.
This course will enable participants to:
- Understand how the use of video production can be used to support teaching and learning
- Develop basic video filming skills using a phone/tablet
- Create UQ branded title and end slides
- Import media, edit on the timeline, add titles, apply video/ audio effects and export media in Adobe Premiere.
