This workshop introduces the risk framework used in the CTQRA process, the rationale, the risk models applied for courses and programs, and hands-on experience of accessing online dashboards and reports, as well as the response system.

This course will enable participants to: 

1. Understand the risk indicators used in the course and program risk models
2. Analyse the risk scores and trend risk status for at-, neutral-, increasing- and
    minimal-risk courses and programs
3. Have hands-on experience to access the online dashboards and reports
4. Be familiar with the use of the online response system.
