Resiliency refers to the ability to bounce back despite life's setbacks. This session will provide participants with some introductory strategies and insight into how to build personal resiliency in dealing with workplace challenges. Participants will also be provided with insight into some mindful based practices that help individuals grow and flourish through life challenges.
This is an introductory or 'taster' session only and will provide participants with some direction for action they may take to further develop and grow their personal level of resiliency.
