Metrics for Grant Writing and Promotion will provide information about publication metrics available to you to support claims about the quality of your research, engagement with your research, as well as how to demonstrate the extent of your research collaboration.
The hands-on aspect of this course will guide you through using Web of Science and Scopus to gather citation data as well as introducing you to benchmarking tools. This course will enable you to identify key metrics that will strengthen your grant proposals or applications for promotion.
Note: This workshop will focus on metrics for publications indexed in Web of Science and/or Scopus. If you are unsure if you should attend, please contact the course coordinator.
